Friendly owners, nice location, excellent restaurant. We stayed there for three nights, electricity included. It's next to the deer park. The pitches are paved and a bit narrow, but you can also easily sit on the grass behind them. The toilets are clean and tidy. There's also drinking water and Wi-Fi at the restaurant. Plenty of cycling and walking routes nearby. Kenzingen town center is 1 km away. We had a great time at the music evening on the first Wednesday of the month. It was lovely!

Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Ritter's Weinstube. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so. From beginning to end, we were pampered by the owners and the attentive, incredibly friendly staff in a wonderful atmosphere. Whether it was the tarte flambée from the wood-fired oven, the freshly grilled meat with delicious salads, fries, and grilled vegetables, or the ice cream dessert, right down to the perfectly chilled wine, Coke, Fanta, sparkling water, or beer... Whatever it was: it was simply perfect!!! Hospitality doesn't get any better than this. 👍👍👍👍 Thank you so much for this unforgettable day. Best regards, Thomas Reinbold

We stumbled upon this winery and wine tavern quite by chance on our way to Weil am Rhein. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and excellent service. The wine list is small but exquisite. We instantly fell in love with this wine tavern, so much so that we stopped back on our way home to pick up another case of wine. We will definitely be back!

It was very nice. We tried the traditional food, and it was delicious: aspic, Münster tarte flambée, and Alsatian tarte flambée. The wine was also great! We tried white wine, rosé wine, and bubbly wine. Everything was delicious. We'll be back 🤗 …

We stumbled upon it by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious (the spicy beef tripe was excellent!). The setting is magical at nightfall with the lanterns, and during the day, deer will be your neighbors. Absolutely fantastic!

Yesterday we attended the "Smoked Trout from the Barrel" event and enjoyed the perfect trout with potato salad. It was simply delicious, cooked to perfection, and the bones fell off easily. The salad tasted just like homemade. Yum! As always, we received very friendly and prompt service. Good staff isn't easy to find, or so you hear everywhere. Apparently, it's not an issue at the Ritter, as they only employ excellent people. :) Anyone who enjoys good wine will definitely find something to their liking here. The son has taken over the winery and brings fresh expertise and a passion for winemaking that you can taste. A great deal of love and effort goes into everything they produce themselves, from salad dressing and tarte flambée to smoked trout and everything else. Just ask, and you'll immediately sense the passion behind it. The beautiful and spacious wildlife enclosure fascinates visitors of all ages. With a bit of luck, you might even spot the young animals when they make an appearance.
